The Fox and The Field Mouse cont

The fox poked his head in to greet the mouse
Sending squeaking chickens right out of the house
The tiny mouse shuddered in fright
Wearing his chainmail, the door was tight

He asked the mouse if she wanted to spar
That all he wanted was a friend by far
A partner To practice his sword play
The mouse just smiled showed him the way

They left the hen house side by side
The mouse no longer needed to hide
They took their positions and held a stance
To battle each other in the fencers dance

At the end of the day, they saluted each other
They realized that friends come in all colors
The fox and mouse were forever friends
Dispite their differences friends to the end.
