Thanks for adding dialogue, a great way to formulate characters. I like Father Kris! I like how this doesn’t rush the story, you could have easily started with the next day. This is SO much better. Suspense doesn’t have to be rushed. Great sequel.

thanks for the positive feedback. For serial writing, you need to move slowly to establish characters and quickly through actions of characters. This allows the reader to have fun watching these characters do things. It seems opposite to what you might see on screen in a movie where the actions are drawn out and the character development is a layer in the plot.
