I was thinking this was from his POV, not hers, so I had to go back and re-read the beginning, but second time through I got it.

The switch between the male and female in the first two paragraphs is a little confusing, as Elsha has pointed out.

It’s not at all clear on first reading that the anger in the first sentence is, in fact, Maggie’s, and not the anonymous, and short lived, male character.

Other than that, you’ve captured the angry recklessness followed by a more reasoned remorse rather nicely.

Changed “the anger” to “her anger”. Handy that they’re both the same number of characters, as this one is hard to the limit.

I was totally not expecting an entry like that, very unigue. I liked the fact that you described her anger as if she was being charged up like laser gun or something. Very nice use of a fire the other day. YOu have met all of the requirements and done a very good job.
