Well I tried to avoid any explicit description of the character as a robot (think Bender) and was thinking more artificial life form (think new Cylons) so he probably just ate regular food. The losses he’s suffering in his own mind are just the result of entropy. A natural breakdown of his systems is leading him toward madness. Clearly no one expected he would last as long as he did.

Heh, during the line ‘he could not age or die’ I mysteriously thought of Michael Jackson 0.O …wonder why That happened. You’d think with all the plastic surgery he’d last a bit longer… I really like this story though. kernals of truth wound up in an AI thriller/drama!!!
