Getting Back on Track
I let out a frustrated sigh as I parked in the parking ot of the nearest gas station.
“Everyone out. I need five minutes to figure out where we’re going, and I don’t wanna hear anything from anyone until then.” I said, reaching for the glove department where my dad had given me all the maps I would need.
I pulled out my maps and got out of the car with everyone else. I spread out the maps on the hood of my car, while everyone else went inside. A few seconds later, though, there were arms encircling my waste. I didn’t move, however, because I was focused on memorizing the route. I jotted down my directions for getting us back on track on a pad of paper I’d brought with me.
When I finished, I turned around in the arms of my love and smiled at him.
“Figured it out?” He asked softly.
I nodded once and then kissed his soft lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck and held him against me absolutly loving the way our bodies fit so perfectly together.
