Its the healing so fast that threw me, I was thinking he was some superhuman, or another species. Then you threw in testicular cancer and I had to re-read it to look for clues. It must be the cyborg technology. :)

Oh man , this is awesome….Any time one can work the phrase “balls of steel” into a story (and not just drop it in there tourette’s style) you have pure gold ! Asise from the balls of steel , very good beginning to something I hope will be longer.
