Very abstract and loose. Hard to tell what’s literal/magical and what’s metaphorical. Lovely prose for the most part, just left me wondering.

Same as THX. I like it, because it fits with the panic in the situation, but it makes it harder to understand. I guess it’s just about the balance.

I get it, the empathetic friend, who most likely loves him, especially since he/she just saved his life!
