Thanks guys. Elsha: reverse sequence of events, pre-pressing of big red button by president, all believing god is looking out for them, all different faiths; but the real saviour that was discarded was a little human consideration. Adam was supposed to be Jewish, and I wanted an atheist in there too, but damn that 1024 limit. Keeps it tight though.

Also, thought it had to be a Bush leading us into nuclear Armageddon, upping the ante on his predecessors.
