great beginning! so does he in fact have a gun to shoot at the talkative one? a lot more questions about the drones, their speed, weapons, and the craftiness of the two, do they split up or run together? These are good things, they mean lots of room for sequel!

This is a good start, doesnt quite meet the stand alone test but it is a good start.

Thanks for the comments, I appreciate it. To be honest I wasn’t sure what to do with it or where it was going; it was sitting in my drafts folder for at least three months. I just figured, hey, might as well throw it up. Not doing any good sitting there.

I never use draft because once i put em in i never take em out. i have five in there now that have been in there since july.

Yes…I suppose just threw it in the there to finish up later, but never really got around to it.
