Well, at least now I get the Jew reference in the last one. I feel silly I didn’t get that at the time. Of course Hitler would have been a tragic, suicidal artist at some point in his life. I see what you mean, especially got you in that last paragraph.

It remains to be seen how these last few “gold aura” people show up in the next few ficlets (I will still call them that). Good explanation of how the whole realm thing works.

I’ll still call them ficlets. It’s an appropriate term. Think of it like Kleenix, Xerox, or Roller Blades. All names of specific products/companies, but used to describe all similar items/actions.

I liked the oblique reference to hieromancy, and the nod to religion. Slower than your others, but still pretty good.
