This poem is based on a love letter I found at work. I have no idea who it was written by or for. I was extremely touched that the author loved “Hallelujah” as much as I do.

Lovely and kind of sad poem, if I read it right. Took me a bit of double-checking cause I’ve heard the song a bunch of times without knowing title or performer (wound up in my iPod on the Scrubs soundtrack), but it is a hauntingly lovely song.
