Somehow I made it through the next few weeks.

A few months I found a letter in her diary. It was addressed to me.

Dear Aaron
I love you.
If you’re reading this then I mustn’t be around anymore.
I’m just writing to say THANKYOU – for everything.
You are a stronger guy than you know.
Trust yourself. It’s not gonna be easy but you’ll be fine. I promise! Don’t take the easy way out because, honestly, it isn’t worth it. Live your life while you can…
Know that it’s going to be a long road ahead, but I will always be around. You’ll regret things; make mistakes and all the rest. But believe me…the sun will shine again.
Tell people you love them before they leave you – that was something I regret not doing.
Move on and please don’t worry bout me, you’ll always be in my heart. I’ll miss you – a lot.
