The Truth Will Out

Captain’s Log, Day 8213

Everything went to hell today.

Fleance figured it out. “The answer lies inside me.” Bob actually physically implanted a note inside his body. How Fleance managed to keep his lunch down while he rooted around in there…ugh.

Bob’s note has been logged in as evidence, and another event corroborates it: The attempted murder of Fleance by Bishop Clarence Orlando.

Fleance had summoned me to the infirmary but in the so doing managed to tip off Orlando to his whereabouts. To his credit, Fleance was able to improvise with the medical equipment until some of the guards shot the Bishop. Fleance didn’t come out unscathed, but, given the circumstances, he’s done remarkably well.

Problem: How will we prosecute the Church? They’ve got fingers everywhere. I pray that Bishops Mallard and Young can sway opinion towards our side.

Unrelated: I’ve noticed that some of the kids are getting angsty. They’re unhappy that their whole life will be spent in transit on the ship. I fear this will get ugly.
