Just because I have my own special brand of slow, I didn’t get it till the end. Then I re-read it and that is very, very good.

I have to profess ignorance of the specific history being referenced here, the red stars are unfamiliar to me. I get a feeling of Jews in Nazi Germany, I just don’t know if they wore red stars. Any way, I was still moved by the poem. Keep on perpelexin’, Mighty Joe…. I think I’m gonna call you Strong Coffee for a while. Just mix it up, ya know.

but the symbolism of the stars were definatley red.
