Every Single One

At that point I was speechless. I mean who wouldn’t be. I definitly never saw this coming. There are so many responsibilities that come with having a kid, not to mention all the work and pain it takes during those first 9 months…

“Beeks? Are you there? I know this is a huge shock. Believe me, I didn’t ever think it would actually happen. But.. but.. B, you have to understand something. I.. I .. I can’t handle this alone. I know I’ve been a horrible friend, but I need you so much right now.” Kayla stammered.

“Wow Kayla. I don’t even know what to say. I really want to say ‘I told you so’ but this isn’t the time… When did you find this out?” I had to stay some what together, this was a bad situation, even if she did get herself into it.

“About 20 minutes ago.” Kayla said quietly.

“How many tests did you take?” I didn’t know what else to do, so I kept asking questions.

“6.” she replied confidently.

“And they all said yes?” I wondered.

“Every single one.”
