A couple of weeks later, I had a new out take on life. I started to pray and really understand what my bestfriend Sammy has always talked about. This new look on my life was exactly what I needed, and all I have to say is thank you to God. He hasn’t failed me once,& I’m so grateful.

I walked into the market with Sammy today, & something different happened. I ran into Ryan…

“Tonya!? How are you?” he stammered. I turned to him, and I always imagined when I see him, I would curse him out, or at least slap him for breaking my heart but all I could do was smile… strange.

“Hi Ryan. I’m doing good and you?”
“I’m good, now that I’ve seen you. After you left me, I lost something precious…”
“Stop right there, Ryan. Its okay. I found someone in my life that has made me feel amazing and I would never have found him, if you didn’t break my heart.”
“Oh… wow!”
“It was nice seeing you again. Take care of yourself.” Tonya said as she walked away.
Sammy walked up to Tonya, and told her “Well done, lets go home!”
