This is the first part of what was originally a (quite long) short story for my Filipino Subject in school (translated, obviously)

Do you know how hard it is to write SciFi in Filipino, without code switching?

ah so that’s what she was talking about, now that i read the first one.. lol, this one isn’t as strong as the second, but it is a good beginning. actually I liek readign them out of order better. this one becomes a flashback, which is brilliant..

Elsha, my groupmates (we did it in a group) continually corrected my grammar in the story.

Weirdly (or sadly) enough, I have a better grasp of English grammar than Filipino, my country’s tongue.
My native dialect, Bicol, I know nothing about.
