Wow, not at all what I was trying to lead up to in the last one. And there’s the beauty of the cooperative story. Great job on the character voice in this one. May take me a while to figure what to do with this, so hopefully Booth will jump in again.

So… the hardware is growing tired of its dull, idyllic existence and… faking its own death so it can… live out the rest of its days in a secret hidden part of the building, unmolested by cheery businesspeople? Very well, then. Um. Very well.

So we’re expected to believe that the coffee machine is the controller of all the office people, and when it breaks down they suddenly don’t know what to do and wander around aimlessly lost?

Yeah, I buy it. That’s the way I see it too.
