Beauty mate!

I love the meter you’ve created. The way it flows is very effective, and very evocative of sleepiness. The mixture of factual – ‘Of course/ I know I dream’ and imagery ‘I walk/ On glowing streams’ has a lovely half asleep feeling.

That was lovely. Kind of a silly topic, but told with a very serious air that works quite well. Lovely little poem.
