Lovely addition. I kind of like that it doesn’t pick the story up sequentially but gives us another glimpse into this old guy’s life and some of the wisdom gleaned from that initial encounter with the bee.

Lovely – and a perfect wrap-around through all the characters to put the original story back on track.

I should really come back to this story thread, since its definitely got potential to go somewhere interesting…

I love how each ficlet ends with the secret just about to be revealed, and then goes in a different direction…

Who’s going to take the plunge and reveal the secret, if indeed it needs doing at all?
