"Oooh! Shiny!" But Not Quite
I finished the rest of my classes without any relative excitement. Tyson and his girlfriend were both in my 5th hour, but they ignored me. I made it to the band room before Tyson so I went in a looked around.
I had opted out of band when I moved, deciding to focus on my acidemics instead. I knew I probably wasn’t welcomed, seeing as I was a non-band student, but I didn’t care. I knew how to be careful, but I couldn’t help touching the percussion equipment.
“Hey! Who are you?” I heard a voice yell.
I immediately pulled my hands back and looked towards the voice. I told him, “I.. I’m sorry! I didn’t move anything, I just wanted to look.”
“You have no right.” He said plainly. “Not if you’re not a percussionist. And you’re not; I would know.”
“I’m sorry. I was a percussionist in my old school.. so I know to be careful…” I mumbled.
“You should leave.” He told me sternly.
Just then Tyson walked in, looking every bit as attractive as he had when we first met.
“It’s okay, Mr. Lambren. She’s with me.”
