The pinballing around to different subjects, the quirky connections, and the very odd line of thought made this interesting. I like how the intern’s specifically distinguished as being “nice,” as opposed to the others involved. I’d like to see what more happens to this Nathan

it’s an expression of the pain he suffered in times past that he can’t speak of.

i love how everyone has a different interpretation of the story .. you all see it completely differently from how i intended .. which is AWESOME…

Bizarre and unsettling, but a really nice job treading the line between your narrator’s insanity and keeping the story intelligible.

Reminds me, a little, of ‘The Curious Case of the Dog in the Nighttime’. You read?

Also, are we allowed to do sequels if we don’t know – for certain – who/what Nathan is? (If you know the above book, you’ll know my guess).

i have to be a grammar geek again. you mad two mistakes that makes this difficult to read.
“floor come closer than farther” should probably be “floor come closer then farther”
and “You can’t stay her” should be “You can’t stay here”
