Very exciting stuff. I like the little details to hint at setting without just coming out and saying, “Hey, he’s in Scotland!” Fun bit of story.

Not very graceful, but he is being hunted down like an animal across Rannoch Moor, not famed for its smooth surface.

As the Magic 8-ball might say: outlook not so good.

I’m pleased that my trip to Rannoch Moor a few months ago wasn’t quite so grim! He’d have been better off going for a nice quiet scone at the Queen’s View!

I agree with MJY, the action is really nice in this. There was a lot of urgency in the writing.
