I sit here thinking of what I want
Two hearts interlocked together
A simple meaning and a cute design
But then a thought occurred to me
This simple design that I’ve craved meant so much more
In just two figures I had revealed my soul
A simple concept that I had lived my life believing
In just two figures, I had defined what love means to me
These two hearts that symbolize love
And the ink through which they stay embended on my skin
These two hearts show love everlasting
Withstanding all, and never breaking
I smile to myself
For subconsiously, I had choosen a symbol
That meant the world to me
