If the touring motorcycle is big enough, it can have darn near anything on it. I swear I’ve even seen one with air conditioning vents. On a motorcycle. Why? I have no frigging idea.

And I think you may be remembering the Transformers episode “Make Tracks” where Tracks, the egotistical flying sports car, buddies up with a spunky streetwise gang kid to stop the Decepticons from turning all the cars in the city into their own drone army.
