Very cinematic, feels like it’s going to launch into flashbacks, or some kind of ‘royal rediscovery’ thing, but wherever, if at all, you’re thinking of taking it, I’m impressed :)
It makes me sad that someone rates a story with “flowery and ornate writing” as 3 stars when the most inane, cliche pap on this site gets 5 stars for being “heartfelt.” 5 stars for being flowery and ornate, sir.
