Reminded me of Metallica’s One.

Pride, he still has pride. This was great insight into the helpless victim’s point of view.

Very sad and tragic moment, but an excellent depiction of both the ‘insult to injury’ phenomenon that inevitably occurs and the mom’s numb ascent to whatever comes along.

Made me giggle that I read this story then went and saw this photograph.

I thought this was great, both in terms of the story and in terms of what is not told, like the details of the accident
