Good story, even without knowing that you mixed two together. If she’s missing an eye, surely he is in greater danger for his life!

Oh it’s chilling… Sometimes there are images that don’t need to be over-described, and you got that here – if you’d gone too far with the conspicuous lack of eye it could have felt cheap, but no, very well done :)
