Yes, it’s possible. A reactionless drive is actually theoretically feasible if you work with a violation of Lorentz symmetries applied in a specific way. One wonders whether or not you’d be able to apply the resultant waste heat to crack down the resultant CO₂ into carbon and oxygen.
