This is a very good plot. I always wondered what it would be like if a coffin lid popped up or a knock came from the other side. Watching movies I laugh like hell but if it really happened….. This is what you need to replay to the viewer/reader. Comedy or horror? I think you can expand this to be a really good piece.

Neat idea, but what I really like is the inner workings of his thoughts, the whole back and forth about going crazy, finality, and the rush of feeling gifted and special.
