Guns – mankind is obsessed with firearms. We shoot targets, animals, and each other on an unimaginable scale.

Or is it unimaginable?

Here’s a challenge.

Craft a story about a shooter or group of shooters, their target(s), and specifically the weapon employed, be it pistol, rifle, Gatling Gun, machine gun or other projectile firing man-operated weapon.

Who, what where, when, how and why – give your ficly a beginning, middle and ending.

Character, detail and ingenuity count, as does spelling and grammar.
