We then send the letter off to the next department required. And the process keeps going until the list is complete and all teh items are wrapped and in their appropriate section together. It’s tiring work as humans don’t write logically so there could be 10 gadgets on a list but we don’t get them all at once. It’s so aggravating.

We get little pay and work long tiring hours almost all year round. We get maybe a month off before the next letters start coming through. Then it starts all over again.
