Otto's Story

“Which one!” growled the husky German soldier.
The mother answered him with a simple point of a finger, directed at Otto.
The nazi smiled and threw the mother and baby girl to the ground.
He then shoved the boy to the line going right.

Poor little Otto never saw his mother or sister again.
Not when he cried for her in his sleep, or when he dreamt of her while running barefoot through the snow.
He didn’t even see her when he was freed from the camp, three years later.
