Kimberly was born in New Haven Connecticut, attended the University of New Hampshire (BS in Biochemistry) and completed a Masters of Science in Fundraising Management at Columbia University. Interested in just about everything; she has had a diverse, professional background in both clinical and basic research, business development, fundraising, event planning, marketing, graphic design and the fine arts. She has co-founded 2 non-profit organizations and helped launch 2 businesses. She enjoys art, science, music and of course, writing.
