I want to write, I need to write. I’ve always aspired too, but never really made any god damned effort to becoming a better writer.
They say read everything and write always which I’ve let myself down already as I think the last time I really read a book was October ‘09 How can I write if I have nothing to draw from.
I fight the ’cup half empty’ malaise that makes me doubt everything I do including receive compliments, but I guess that’s part of who I am and maybe getting into the habit of writing will change that for me.
I want to be part of a community and make new friends, but I’m a bit poop at that too, I trail off, forget to answer people and usually live my life as a lurker.
