Shut-in
Shut-in. Recluse. Loner. These types of people seem to appear in literature— and in life— in interesting ways.
So, what’s the challenge, you ask? Simple enough. Write a story about a shut-in. Think Boo Radley from To Kill a Mockingbird, 50s housewives, prisoners, whatever you choose. But, whether this character’s solitude be by choice or by force, you must write about this type of character. You have 11 days, good luck!
