Your challenge: write a story about a character who is going somewhere. There are no limits to how far they go, or how often they’ve gone. It can be their first or 500th time going there. The story can also recount the journey or the final destination. If you want, you could do more than one ficlet, and describe both. It can take place in a fictional town, country, planet, or dimension, or a real location, well-known or obscure. Try to describe the setting and feel of the place so the reader feels like they are there as well.
