Legend Gabriél (13)
Andres picked me up from the ground and wrapped his arms around me. This was absolutely unmanly of me to do; my Father would have been skeptical, but he wasn’t here. Mother and Father were gone and I was all alone.
“Lo siento, Gabriél. Lo siento…” Andres said to me. The tears kept streaming down my cheeks like I hadn’t cried all last night.
“Lo que no entiendo es,” I finally got out, “why would anyone would want to do something so loathsome? What have my parents done to provoke such things upon them?”
“No sé, I wish I knew what kind of person sin vergüenza would do such a thing, but I swear that I will find out who did this!” Andres seemed so sure that I would feel better after he assured me he would find out who burned mis padres, but it didn’t.
I wanted to see the person who did this burn. Burn so slowly they would feel the pain of un millón souls. I had to clear my head first, so I told Andres I needed to perambulate through the city before I did something regretful.
