When I first started using the Internet regularly back in the early 90’s, connections like this would indeed happen, but most of the world would laugh. It’s nice to see that the rest of the world has realized that relationships know no digital bounds. It’s possible to make a connection with letters on a screen, especially when there’s someone on the other side of that screen typing out their feelings.
