This started a lot better than it finished for me – I found the initial point of view interesting – told from the aloof, precious girl rather than the lovestruck, cutesy boy…
In a way I just wish you’d kept up that train of thought, because it had some original merit to it, whereas, heartwarming as the big finish turned out to be, it’s undeniably a typical chick-flick moment…
OK so it’s not anything particularly new, but for the genre, and for what I think you were trying to say, it’s a good piece of work – MH :)
