Dr. Insano laughed menacingly as his minions tied up our protagonist, the famous Captain Hero. Insano paced over to what was obviously a giant laser under a white sheet.

“Do you know what I have here Hero?” Inquired Insano.

“Well I’ll take a stab and assume its a laser.” answered the captain. Acting as though he hadn’t know the answer, Insano triumphantly announced his brand new Ultra-Death Ray and his plans to incinerate Captain Hero with it.

“Your do-gooding comes to a halt Hero!” ranted Insano.

“I doubt that very much.”

“This time you will not escape!”

“Well it seems that way, but lets be honest here, I mean the comic book series is called ‘The Adventures of Captain Hero’ right?”

“Wha?”

“I guess I’m saying there’s no way I’m not going to escape.”

And with that comment, Insano angrily fires the laser but Captain Hero dives to safety and then easily dispatches Insano and all of his minions! Another day is saved by the Captain!
