Anyways, although this is a terrible situation and very saturated with “Oh No”, I think that it just comes off as an unfortunate accident. Lacks surprising irony. The irony is a necessary factor for the ohno-ness.

(BTW, Magic Missile does NOT paralyze)

D & D I believe is Dungeons and Dragons, never played, never will. I loved this anyway, I got paralysed (kind of). I thought you were referring to her powerlessness

The realms of fantasy do suit you PJ, you bring these magical characters to life all the way through – nice work.

All I don’t understand is why Lei’s magic manages to penetrate the shield whilst Kiri’s ends up burning the forest down…?

I was making a funny with the magic missile reference, no criticism intended. I’m sure Tolkein beat D&D to it anyways.

My comments were in direct response to the challenge, the story was still well done.
