I can kind of see this as a second sequel to “Carrie” (y’know, if you count “Rage: Carrie 2” as a proper sequel (which it isn’t)), what with the seemingly telekinetic girl and abusive relationship with a family member. Not a bad story at all. Plus, you conveyed the tension very well, and the encroaching fear felt by Amber. Well done. =))
Wow, pretty powerful and dramatic. I wonder what happens when she gets to the window? And is her mother really just asleep? Is her mother talking to her brother at the beginning? Gave me shivers. Well done.
