This is written in terza rima, a poetic form that Danta Aligheiri used for the Divine Comedy. The individual lines are written in the somewhat flexible iambic pentameter that the English language seems to facilitate.
For quite a while, PJ, I wasn’t certain that I did. I will tell you one thing, though: it will be quite a while before I attempt another. That was painful to write. On to writing fluff!
Freaking awesome. Absolute genius the combination of epic style poetry with a retelling of the master of silliness. The mix is brilliant. Loved it, which is saying a lot as I’m not usually much for poetry.
Kudos, mega-kudos, and my vote for winner of the challenge.
