Unlikely Help

Out of the darkness, a great cloud rises from the ground.

In the midst of the dark cloud, the clapping of thunder is now deafening. The massive cloud, turns and rolls, creating a strong wind, the dust and sand on the ground and walls around me, are adding to the massive shape, quickly forming before me.

The deafening roar of thunder continues, as a massive dark shape appears within the clouds, closely resembling a head.

“Wh-What are you?” I stammer, backing into the wall behind me.

“I am here to help you.” The great shape bellows, the sound reverberating off the walls, causing sand crumbling from the walls, only to be sucked into the cloud.

“And just how are you going to do that?” I ask, hardly able to believe I’m talking to a cloud of all things. But I suppose weirder things have occurred the past few hours.

“I’m going to help you collect the lost peoples to the caverns and to the other side where they can be free again.” The massive cloud bellowed

“Let’s do this then, were running out of time.”
