If that is your intention, then I think that you’re off to an excellent start. Excellent, but not nitpick-free. 1. spelling murmer/murmur. 2. Fangs may be large but they never snarl. Snarling comes from a different part of whatever beast this happens to be.

Continuing… 3. The use of the words “sparkle” and “sporadically” seem odd in the context in which you’ve used them. “Shimmer” or “gleam” or “glisten” might be better than “sparkle”, and I don’t think you need “sporadically” at all. Consider looking up some of these words in a thesaurus to see if something else inspires you. There are some decent online thesaur… i?… uses? Apparently, I need to look up the plural for thesaurus.

This has a very mystical tone, and I love how it changed from talking mostly about beauty to seeing monsters.
