Thank you for opening up. This challenge is a real challenge, because it takes a lot of strength to impart such self truth, and it hurts like hell to inspect it. I hope if nothing else that writing it all down has helped in some way. Perhaps your pain and struggle can exist on the page now, and it can reside in another layer that buffers you from its nagativity, if only minimally. With time writing can be a positive way to detach, it could be the key that saves you. I wish you the best.
