I think you mean “It’s” on the top line, and for the “In the tree is rain, from clouds” etc. bit, I don’t think you need the commas. The semi-colon there works well, though.

You did a good job not overdoing it with the accent. This could easily have been obnoxious, but instead it was, “Oh, he’s foreign. Well alright then!”
