The repetition of ‘she’ brings it home that it’s a person alone subjected to terror.

A couple of nitpicks, the split infinite ‘gracefully fall’ broke my imersion slightly, and I think that if you broke it into paragraphs you’d get more impact. You’d get a staccato effect rather than the steady stream of horror.
