The problem with being a superhero is that you always have some sort of weakness. Sure, I can bend time and physics but if I hugged you I’d crush you.

I have premonitions of danger, that’s how I can get to crimes almost instanteously, except if danger happens to my own family, doesn’t register.

So as I watched my father’s struggle against the noose, I felt for the first time truly powerless. I couldn’t grab him and I had arrived too late to stop him. So he just kicked as he swayed…
